The general conditions of sale detailed below, exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the FG CLASSIC site and the FG CLASSIC merchant, EURL FG CLASSIC with a capital of 5,000 euros, having for registered office 145 Grande Rue 78270 MOUSSEAUX SUR SEINE, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of VERSAILLES under the number "901.872.309.00017" having for email address – email@example.com
FG CLASSIC has developed an activity and a website called: www.fgclassic.fr whose object is in particular the sale in store of classic vehicles, the sale in store, mail order and online of spare parts and products such as filters (Oil, fuel, air, etc ...) dynamo, alternator, starter, voltage regulator, starter coal, starter brushes, dynamo coal, V-belt, timing belt, distribution kit, clutch, exhaust tube, silencer, exhaust pipe, water pump, fuel pump, cylinder head, valve, engine seals pouch, cylinder head stud, segment, radiator, bearing, wheel bearing, rocket, wheel suspension arm, mechanical steering, steering ball head, suspension ball head, shock absorber, control shaft bellows, suspension sphere, brake disc, brake pad, brake shoe, wheel cylinder, brake lining, wiper, headlamp, turn signal, stop light, passenger compartment lamp, lamps/bulbs (6, 12 or 24 volts), batteries (6 or 12 volts), cables (Handbrake, meter, clutch, spark plug, etc...), coil, wiper motor, windshield washer pump, preheating relay, timed relay, sensor, relay, probe, ... etc... for various vehicles to private and professional customers.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between FG CLASSIC and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. The current version of the conditions of sale is valid from the 07th February 2022.
These general conditions of sale cover sales of spare parts and products for vehicles. Other general conditions of sale are available for sales concerning vintage vehicles.
Each purchase on the FG CLASSIC website is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. When you click on the "Validate order" button, you declare that you unreservedly accept these conditions. The same applies to orders placed by mail order or telephone.

To place your order, we put at your disposal different means:

All orders from professional customers must be made by mail to the address defined above, by email to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org , on our website or on our Ebay shop. No orders concerning a professional customer will be taken by telephone.

In the case of direct transactions (excluding merchant sites) FG CLASSIC provides you with several payment methods:
1. Credit card: secure transaction with the SystemPay system (Worldwide).

Bank checks must be payable to a bank domiciled in Metropolitan France. In case of payment by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the check. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the check.

In the case of a payment by credit card on our site, or during a purchase through a Merchant site (Ebay), the debit will take place on the date of validation of the order. When ordering by phone or mail the debit will take place on the day of departure of your package at the time of invoicing.
Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of FG CLASSIC until full receipt of the price by FG CLASSIC.
Additional information: in order to participate in the fight against fraud in the means of payment on the Internet and in order to help protect all consumers, FG CLASSIC verifies the reliability of the information entered when registering an order.
Therefore, our Customer Service may ask you, in certain cases, for additional information (such as: copy of identity document, proof of address ...) in order to validate your purchase and thus be able to ship your order.
4. Products information
FG CLASSIC pays particular attention to this aspect. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced illustrating the products are given as an indication and are subject to change without notice.
The products sold by FG CLASSIC can only be mounted on vehicles or systems recommended by the manufacturer or equipment manufacturer, by a competent person and under his sole responsibility. FG CLASSIC can in no way be held responsible for the consequences of improper assembly or use of an unsuitable product on a vehicle.

It is forbidden to reproduce and disseminate the data or the entire content of the database and/or to let third parties perform these actions without the prior authorization of FG CLASSIC. Any infringement constitutes copyright infringement and will be prosecuted.
The prices of our products are expressed in euros all taxes included (€ TTC) excluding participation in any shipping costs.
Regardless of its country of origin, all orders are payable in euros.
FG CLASSIC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registration of the order.
FG CLASSIC will honor orders within the limits of available stocks at FG CLASSIC and its suppliers. The site tells you the availability of parts, thank you to contact us for any request for availability. Availability does not consider intermediate sales.
All orders are sent in their entirety. If the customer has ordered items marked as "In the process of replenishment", the order will be shipped as soon as it is complete. The replenishment of our parts is beyond the control of FG CLASSIC and may vary according to the delivery times of its various suppliers. Items marked "IN THE PROCESS OF REPLENISHMENT" are being arrived or ordered from our suppliers. The deadline is therefore beyond our control but depends on the delivery times of our supplier (s) from the validation of your order.
Items marked "ON ORDER*" are not available in our stock but can be ordered. It takes an approximate period of at least one month from the validation of your order.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and refusal of the delivery time, the refund will be made by bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address, by crediting the customer's credit card or according to the method of payment used (excluding bank transfer which are refused) at the latest within thirty (30) days from the payment of the sums paid by the customer.
6. Shipping and Store Pickup
Products purchased from FG CLASSIC are available worldwide. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order.
Shipping costs include packaging and shipping costs. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order, indeed no grouping or addition of orders will be made. You will therefore have to pay the shipping costs for each of your orders.
The processing time of an order consists of:
1. the preparation period of 3 working days (variable depending on stocks and activity): verification of the information entered by the customer from the date of payment + preparation of the order + handling of the package(s) by the carrier.
2. the delivery time according to the carrier chosen by the customer.
FG CLASSIC cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or delays due to weather conditions.
In case of non-receipt of a package within the standard time provided by the carrier, an investigation is conducted with the carrier during the period of the investigation, no refund or return can be made. The tracking number of the package will be given by FG CLASSIC to the buyer sending the package.
ATTENTION: According to Article 105 of the French Commercial Code, the goods we ship travel at the recipient's own risk.
We are not obliged to refund items damaged, lost or stolen during transport. No claim will be possible if the packaging is not opened upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person.
If a package is damaged on delivery, the customer must refuse it. Deliveries refused, not made due to absence at the place of delivery or made to an incorrect address will be the subject of a new delivery subject to payment of new shipping costs.
International shipping costs : Refer to the amount indicated on the FG CLASSIC site or the merchant site, the amount is announced before making the payment or on QUOTE in the case of large items. Orders are shipped by Post or by Carrier depending on the destination and volume of your package.
Métropolitain FRANCE shipping costs: For the delivery of your orders without bulky items, possibility to choose a delivery by La Poste by Shop2Shop, Mondial Relay (choice of the customer) or by Carrier. (Refer to the price list)
Your BULKY parcels delivered to your home by CARRIER : Bulky items (OUT OF SIZE) are delivered by CARRIER ONLY. Is considered OUT OF GAUGE, any package respecting at least one of the conditions below:
- Length > à 100 cm
- Developped length ( L+l+h) > à 150 cm
- Weight > à 30 kg
For bulky items, the flat-rate contribution to the processing costs varies according to the weight and type of the item. There is therefore a rate per item, symbolized by vans on the item sheet. If your order consists of several large items, the shipping costs will add up to the total amount of your order. For all destinations outside the Metropolitan France of bulky items, "TRANSPORT ON ESTIMATE".
You can also come to the store for the collection of your orders, exclusively by appointment.
Once your order is complete, our teams will contact you to make an appointment on a specific day and time.

For pick-up orders if packaging is required, you will be charged a packaging fee depending on the size of your order.
1. Exchange / Repair – "Standard Exchange"
The principle of exchange / repair or "standard exchange" is to send your old part to our supplier to restore it. When you order a part in exchange / repair, we are waiting for your old part to validate your order. It takes a processing time of 3 weeks from the day of receipt of your old part. Parts are guaranteed for 6 months.
If you cannot send us your old part at the time of your order, a "DEPOSIT" may be applied if we have the parts in stock. The amount of the deposit will correspond to the amount of the part ordered. The refund request will be made as soon as your old piece arrives at our premises. The refund will be made according to the payment method initially used at the latest within 30 days of the date of receipt of your part at our premises. You can return the returned part to us within 6 months after receipt of your order. The return costs remain at your expense.
Your old part must be complete, and composed of the number of components equivalent to the new part purchased. FG CLASSIC or our supplier may refuse to take charge of your old part if it considers that this condition is not met.
1. Right of withdrawal satisfied or refunded
1. Return conditions and warranty.
For any transaction carried out on our site or in store:
1. Products sold new by FG CLASSIC that are damaged, used or incomplete will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Second-hand products sold by FG CLASSIC will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If the products have already been delivered to the customer or are in the process of transport, an order cancellation will be conditioned on the return of the products in perfect condition in their original packaging, clean, not torn and complete, at the customer's expense and only the shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.
If the customer must return a product, new and clean in its original packaging to the company FG CLASSIC to proceed with an exchange, a prior product return agreement must be requested, by email, mail, telephone or directly in the customer area of the FG CLASSIC website, justifying in writing on the invoice inform them necessary for the processing of the package. Without information from you on the reason for the return, it cannot be processed, we will wait for your information.
On the day of receipt of your package:
- You have the right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days provided by law to return the items to us without having to justify any reason. Only parts will be reimbursed 100%, the costs of transport to and from the customer.
- If for personal reasons you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can return it to us, within 14 days, in its original packaging, without trace of assembly, and we will refund the amount of the product in the form of a voucher (valid for 1 year) to be used on your next purchase at FG CLASSIC.
- If the return is made beyond 14 days and within a maximum period of 90 days, a discount of 20% (on the rate paid at the time of the order and not on the public price in case of promotion or other discount) will be applied and always under the same conditions of condition of the item (s) concerned and their packaging, otherwise there will be no refund made.
- No return will be accepted beyond a period of 90 days after the date of order.
- In case of error on our part, or for a guarantee, any product will be refunded or exchanged according to the choice of the buyer.
- If the returned products are not in perfect condition (if they are no longer in new and clean condition in their original packaging), the refund will be refused. The costs of transport to and from the customer remain the responsibility of the customer.
- In all cases the costs of transport to and from remain the responsibility of the customer (guarantee, exchange, return).
FG CLASSIC is committed to the satisfaction of its customers and makes its refunds within 30 days after receipt of the part received. The company FG CLASSIC guarantees all products according to the guarantees of the suppliers and they alone will be applied. Under no circumstances will the assembly and dismantling phases be taken as a guarantee by the company FG CLASSIC (reminder: only the parts are guaranteed).
New parts are guaranteed one (1) year, except in case of inappropriate use of the product (car competition / vandalism / degradation / accident ...) as well as batteries guaranteed (6) months manufacturer, from the date of invoice.
The warranty only applies to the extent that the part is mounted according to the rules of the art, that the reference of it corresponds to the original referenced assembly. Any disassembly, even partial, of a part cancels the benefit of the warranty.
Our "standard exchange" products are professionally renovated and tested at the factory before going on sale). They are only guaranteed if they have been assembled by professionals, because too many bad assemblies are the cause of return under warranty. A copy of the assembly invoice will now be requested to apply the warranty.
Used parts are not guaranteed.

2. Product return procedure.
FG CLASSIC informs its customers that the right of withdrawal as provided for by law does not oblige it to take back damaged, damaged, used or incomplete products.
FG CLASSIC asks its customers to comply with the following formalities for the return of products:
- Carefully repackage the product(s) to be returned in the best possible condition.

3. Custom fees.
Any order placed and delivered outside the France may be subject to any taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are at your expense and are your responsibility. We are under no obligation to verify and inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, we advise you to check with the competent authorities of your place of residence.
4. Receiving the Return
Attention: Damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. The products will be sent back to you.
After receipt and acceptance of the return, FG CLASSIC offers according to the availability of its products and the wishes of the customer:
1. Refund of the product.
2. The reshipment of a new product.
The refund will be made according to the payment method initially used at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal subject to prior receipt by FG CLASSIC of the product concerned.
7. Warranties and after-sales services (after-sales service)
Important: Items sold by the meter as well as incomplete items will not be taken back or exchanged.
To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the invoice for the purchase of the product.
Warranties do not cover:
- the replacement of consumables (bulbs, brushes, batteries, discs, filters, fuses, jaws, pads...).
- abnormal or non-compliant use of the products. (competition / vandalism / degradation / accident...)
- defects and their consequences related to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (competition / vandalism / degradation / accident ...)
- defects and their consequences related to any external cause.
- All used parts are not subject to any special contractual guarantee.
The shipping costs of the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
Attention, the legal warranty does not apply or applies only partially to the repair of damage resulting from an external cause (for example, accident, shock, lightning, current fluctuation ...), or a fault of the customer resulting for example from a use or installation not in accordance with the specifications of the equipment manufacturer or a use harmful to the good conservation of the part.
In any case, FG CLASSIC cannot be held responsible in the event of refusal by the manufacturer to apply its warranty for the reasons set out above.
8. Litigation and Liability
This contract is subject to French law.
FG CLASSIC cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in case of force majeure, as defined by the courts, in the event of fault of the customer or if this non-performance is due to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract.
FG CLASSIC cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from the misuse of the products sold on the FG CLASSIC website.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract between FG CLASSIC and the Customer, even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendants, will be in the absence of an amicable agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles. The relationship between FG CLASSIC and the Customer is subject to French law.
9. Protection of personal data
When paying by credit card, the customer is directly directed to the secure site ... and the information deposited on this site is never communicated by the bank to FG CLASSIC which cannot have knowledge of it.
